Booking.com Has very bad customer services 15438412301392376767 293472 Booked with breakfast But In the hotel said it is just room Booking for 9-11 I sent several message and no answer I think I should change hotel application unfortunately!

Location was great and quite central so you can get to shops, transport and social areas in matter of minutes walk.

Location is very good & easy proper location in Sukhumvit, just 200m Nana BTS Sky Train station & very near Bumrungrad International Hospital. very easy walk & movement any place in Bangkok city. all hotel staff are friendly & helpful. Room is very good & all room & toiletries facilities was very excellent. Nice sky scrapers view from rooms. Halal food is available this area.

Clean rooms love the window aesthetics from the bathroom to the bedroom good pressure showers location right in the midst of everything which is great and close to Nana station if you need to go to Siam for example and walkable distance to Terminal 21, Soi Nana , Soi Cowboy , Korea Town

FRIENDLY STAFF (VIK) WAS NICE. OTHERS WERE FINE AS WELL AND HELPFUL. OVERALL VERY SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL MY FAMILY LOVED THE STAFF FOR THEIR HOSPITALITY

Location was great. It's in the middle of city. Many shops, Restaurants and fast food centers. Staff was polite and always kept our room very clean. The tour operators at the front of the Hotel offer the packages at a very reasonable price that will be hard to get elsewhere. Requires a slight bargaining though.
