Location was great and quite central so you can get to shops, transport and social areas in matter of minutes walk.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. I forgot to take some important stuffs at the time of check out. however, when I returned & claimed the same, they given all the stuffs in right way. That was amazing. Room was clean. Best location if you wish to stay at Sukhumvit. lots of food options around the hotel. I loved the Arabian restaurants near the hotel. I also got pharmacy, McDonalds & some shopping options at the same building of the hotel.

The staffs (at the reception and security) were verry helpful and charming. We had a short stay at this hotel and we didn't have time to explore other services eg restaurant . As our flight was late in the evening, the receptionist was very helpful to extend our stay with till 16:00 hrs, ( we were charged only 500 bahts extra)

The location is excellent, you can get everything near to this hotel. All market, Restaurants, Bars, Taxi, Train station all very neat. All staff were very friendly and cooperative. Room facilities are also more than enough. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Seriously i am telling you, you will not regret to stay in this hotel. I give 5 stars.
